Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MYCC DIY Essays (course.mycollegecs.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

MYCC DIY Essays is an online educational platform providing college application essay writing modules. Each module includes reading content, essay examples, interactive worksheets, and self-assessment rubrics.

Accounts

You must create an account to purchase modules and save worksheet responses. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Purchases and Payments

• Monthly subscription: Individual modules are available at $47/month via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled.
• Full Year plan: All 10 modules are available for a one-time payment of $376, granting 1 year of access from the date of purchase.
• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• After the access period expires (subscription end or 1 year for Full Year plan), access to module content will be revoked. You may re-subscribe or repurchase to regain access.
• For the Full Year plan, all sales are final due to the digital nature of the content. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact support@mycollegecs.me.
• All prices are in USD.

Intellectual Property

All course content — including text, essay examples, worksheets, and design — is the property of MY College Consulting, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without written permission. Essay examples are real student work that has been altered for privacy.

Your Content

Worksheet responses and self-assessment data you submit remain your property. We store this data solely to provide the service. We will not share your worksheet responses with third parties.

Disclaimer

MYCC DIY Essays provides educational guidance. We do not guarantee admission to any college or university. Self-assessment scores are advisory and do not represent an official evaluation.

Limitation of Liability

MY College Consulting, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific module in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
